Experience

Created and maintained branded content for client web-based learning programs, primarily using WordPress landing pages and blog posts in various page builders (Gutenberg, Beaver Builder, and Thrive Architect).

Created vector graphics and captured footage of proprietary softwares for use in training courses, learning platforms, blog posts, lead forms, and more. Maintained orderly WordPress Media libraries.

Routinely and accurately translated jargon and monotony into actionable language employees and end users could easily understand and relate to. 

Created, edited, maintained, and dispersed over 1000 pages of operator manuals, hundreds of training modules, dozens of announcements for end users, internal process documentation, over 100 online knowledge base articles, and blog posts.

Developed, maintained, and updated training content on-time and on-budget for more than two dozen interactive online and hybrid operator training and trainer certification programs for customers in various law enforcement and military disciplines.

Established internal workflows, including project trackers and file management practices both online in Google Suite, and locally for use in FileCloud and Dropbox cloud systems. Used secure shared folders for information transfer with clients through FileCloud, Dropbox, and Box.

Documented internal processes, quality assurance standards, and file structures to ensure internal quality standards and facilitate onboarding new employees.
